Use A2O LITE NEON AI lawfully, with permission to use both photos and other material you submit.
The service
A2O LITE NEON AI is an independent creator tool. It uses two submitted photos and your selected Background reference to make a 15-second video in portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) format, according to the selected scene, in your chosen 480p or 720p quality. The concept artwork shown on this site illustrates the creative direction and is not a generated video result.
A2O LITE NEON AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by A2O LITE, the rights holders of NEON, or any social platform. Generation and checkout may be unavailable until their configuration is ready; the site will say when a feature is closed.
Eligibility and permission
You must be an adult and have the right or permission to submit each photo and other material. Do not upload photos of minors or use another person’s likeness without permission. You are responsible for the material you submit and for how you use or share the result.
Prohibited content
Do not submit content or use the service to generate or attempt to generate:
- Pornography or sexual/NSFW content, including nudity, explicit sexual activity, sexualized depictions, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence or graphic gore, including severe injury, blood, torture, or threats of harm.
- Hate speech or harassment targeting people based on protected characteristics, including slurs, dehumanization, or threats.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual content involving minors, or other unsafe content depicting anyone under 18. Do not upload photos of minors.
- Deepfakes or impersonation that use a real person’s likeness without consent or make them appear to say, do, or endorse something they did not. Do not upload public-figure likenesses.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unlicensed copyrighted characters, artwork, logos, brand names, or other protected material.
Content review, reports, and enforcement
Generation requests may be screened by automated safety systems operated by the selected AI provider, APIMart or fal.ai. We review reports and may manually review related task records or stored media when investigating suspected misuse or service safety issues. Automated checks may not catch every violation.
To report content or a suspected violation, email support@a2oliteneon.com with the video or task ID, a description of the concern, and relevant rights or authorization details. If you believe a request was blocked by mistake, include the task ID. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
Depending on the circumstances, we may block or stop a generation, restrict access to or remove content, suspend or terminate an account, and revoke remaining credits in serious or repeated cases where permitted by law. We may report suspected CSAM or other illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when required by law.
AI results
Generated appearance, movement, clothing, and details can vary. A reference clip does not guarantee that your result will look or move exactly like it. Review the complete file before sharing it and disclose that it is AI-generated when required by law or the platform where you post it.
Credits and payments
When purchases are enabled, credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. The price and generation credit cost are shown before you confirm a purchase or generation. Purchased credits do not expire, but remain subject to the enforcement actions described in the Content review, reports, and enforcement section. We may revoke remaining credits in serious or repeated policy-violation cases where permitted by law. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.
Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and settled only after the completed video is stored. A confirmed failure returns the reserved credits. If a submission status is uncertain, we reconcile it before starting another generation or returning credits. See the Refund Policy for purchase questions.
Storage and account requests
Completed videos are available for up to 7 days, and source photos and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. You can delete an individual task from My Videos. To request account-data deletion, contact us using the Delete my data page.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when this page was last updated. If you have a question about a task, purchase, safety issue, or rights concern, contact us with the relevant task or order ID and do not include passwords or payment credentials.
