What A2O LITE NEON AI processes when you sign in, upload two photos, and create a duo dance video.
Information we process
When you sign in, we receive the account details needed to operate your account, such as your name, email address, and sign-in identifier. We also keep credit and order records, generation IDs and status, and the two photos and finished video needed to provide your request.
When checkout is available, a third-party payment processor handles the payment. A2O LITE NEON AI does not store full payment card numbers or security codes.
How a video is made
After you submit both photos, we store them in private file storage and send them with the fixed generation instructions and your selected Background reference to one of our third-party AI generation and moderation providers, APIMart or fal.ai. Each photo is shared through a temporary link that expires within 24 hours. Neither photo is automatically published as a public example.
Those service providers process information under their own terms and retention practices. Removing a file from A2O LITE NEON AI does not confirm that a provider has removed its copy.
Who can access your media
Your uploads and videos are stored privately and are available through your account. We do not automatically publish them. People operating the service may access relevant records or files when needed to provide support, protect the service, or resolve a processing issue.
Retention and deletion
A completed video is available to download for up to 7 days after it is finished. Both source photos and intermediate video files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. Cleanup may be retried if storage is temporarily unavailable. You can delete an individual finished or failed task earlier from My Videos.
Generation and payment records may be kept as needed to operate your account, reconcile payments, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. See Delete my data for account and privacy requests.
Your browser and analytics
Your two selected photos and Background choice may be saved in your browser so they can be restored after sign-in or checkout. They remain there until you remove them or clear this site’s browser storage. Essential session data is used to keep you signed in.
If configured, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Web Analytics are enabled by default after this browser’s saved preference is read. A previously saved essential-only choice keeps them off, and this browser will show a control to change that choice. They may receive page visits, interaction events, campaign tags, and general browser or device information. Clarity session recordings mask the selected photos, generated video, and email input. We do not send your photos, video file, account email, or account ID as analytics event data. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may also prevent analytics scripts from loading.
